Pop media puts celebrities on a pedestal,

and later puts them in the pit- which feels right because that's how we sometimes treat our own self. Down one day, convinced we haven't accomplished enough, earned enough, or lost enough weight, another day reciting affirmations, hoping to undo the damage (been there!). Truth be told, not one person is all-good nor is anyone all-bad. Man, as in nature, thrives on duality. Down to the cellular level, all living things require balance. My daily newsletter interrupts this internal and societal storm... in a fun way! Everyone deserves love, compassion, beauty, fun, great fashion, and more. Bridge the gap between Us and Them, and join me as I learn about the good things celebrities do, and how anyone, anywhere can Live the Good Life too.
